Bed and Breakfast
We have five large double/twin bedrooms, all of which have fabulous views of the garden.  All the bedrooms are en-suite with two being on the ground floor. 

Each bedroom is bright, airy and comfortable having it's own character and unique views of the river, gardens, bridges and surrounding Cumbrian hills.  

The beds are comfortable with good support, medium softness matresses.  They have beautiful soft bedlinen, down duvets, with summer weight duvets, blankets and hot water bottles in the cupboard to adjust to your individual comfort     

They are all thoughtfully furnished with tea trays and hairdryers, with many more facilities designed to ensure your stay is pleasurable and comfortable.

The cottage is available as self catering or Bed & Breakfast.  Own front door.  Ground floor.  Double bed in bedroom plus spacious lounge with sofa bed.  Bathroom with shower over bath.  Triple aspect views of garden.  Room 5
