From the South: 

Exit M6 at Junction 36 and follow the signs to Kendal.  Once in Kendal, follow the signs for "A6 Penrith".  Low Jock Scar is approx. six (6) miles along the A6 on the left hand side and approx. one (1) mile after the Plough Pub (left hand side) and is sign-posted on the left hand side. 

From the North:

Exit M6 at Junction 39 (Shap), at the T-junction turn left and follow A6 for nine (9) miles. After seven (7) miles, you will see Kendal Caravans on your right hand side.  Low Jock Scar is sign-posted two miles after the Caravan site.     


Other transport options:

Train - Oxenholme Station is on the main train line to Scotland and is approx. 2 miles from Kendal.  Taxi's are available at Oxenholme station.
